Go to the "find services" option at the top of the home page, find the service that closely relates to the project you need help with, select a staff member and scheduled time that works foe you, and complete payment. An Mb Pro will contact you via text, phone call, or email to confirm the appointment before the schedule visit.
Clients may cancel a job at anytime. However, clients will be subject to a cancellation fee if the clients cancels within a 24-hour period of the start time of the job or the client fails to respond, show up, or be available for the scheduled job time.
All jobs must be paid in advance for the security of out team members, and associates. You must pay prior to booking the task for it to be completed

Tipping is solely at the discretion of the client and there is no obligation to tip your MB Pro. Should the client feel compelled to tip, they can do so by via cash or by adding a tip through the payment after the job has been completed.
You can cancel a job by using the live chat bubble on the lower right hand corner of every screen on the app or by goin g to your booking appointment email and cancelling through the site.
